I would class that as a career highlight - a culmination of years of hard work being tested to the maximum. I certainly had to prove myself to get to where I am, and it has not been easy. However, there is great satisfaction in delivering success and motivating the colleagues I respect to embrace change. You cannot achieve that level of success without the right attitude, respect, and good old-fashioned hard work.\u201d<\/p>\n
